Cancellation Policy
• A deposit is required to secure all bookings (Non-Refundable). • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation. • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling (subject to availability). • The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
