Lash Refill Policy Keep your lashes looking fresh, full and beautiful with regular refills. Lash refills are €25 for Classic lashes and €35 for any other lash style. A refill is the perfect way to maintain your lash extensions and keep them looking their best between full sets. Please note that a refill is only possible when there are still enough lash extensions remaining to work with. If your lashes are very sparse or almost empty at the time of your appointment, we may need to treat the service as a new full set, and the full price of your chosen lash style will apply. For the best results, we recommend booking your refill before too many extensions have naturally fallen out. This helps your lashes stay fuller for longer and keeps your look fresh, soft and beautiful.

Cancellation Policy

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings (Non-Refundable). • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation. • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling (subject to availability). • The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
